1. No Returns or Refunds for Taste Preferences

Taste varies from person to person We do not offer refunds or replacements if you do not like the taste, sweetness level, flavor, or overall experience. This ensures product safety and authenticity for all customers.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

• Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.

• We will assist you in raising a claim with the delivery partner, as courier damage is under the responsibility of the shipping company.
